Arms supplies to Kiev will become obligatory for NATO countries and will be co-ordinated by the NATO command structures under the leadership of General Christopher Cavoli, TASS reports

“We have seen that the United States has been co-ordinating additional assistance to Ukraine for six months, we also see that not all NATO members have supplied weapons. If we turn this from voluntary supplies into NATO commitments, then, of course, supplies will become more extensive and reliable. The difference is that then we will use the NATO command structure and the general funding. The longer the war goes on, the more important it is for us to have predictability, accountability and a fair distribution of costs,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told a press conference in Brussels.
