Namibia refused to accept illegal migrants from UK

The Namibian government rejected the deal proposed by the UK and refused to accept illegal migrants being expelled from the United Kingdom, TASS reports

“We will not accept even one migrant from the UK. They won’t impose them on us. Why should we accept people who move by boat to the UK in search of work and economic benefits?” the Executive Director of the Namibian Ministry of International Relations and Co-operation, Penda Naanda, said in an interview with the Namibian Sun newspaper, adding that London had been in contact with Windhoek on the issue of migrants, but was refused. According to African media, Morocco, Tunisia and the Gambia have taken a similar position.
