MTZ: exports of Belarus’ tractors to Kazakhstan up 40% in 2024
BELARUS tractor exports to Kazakhstan increased by 40 percent in 2024, sb.by reports with reference to the Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) press service
“In 2024, we managed not only to level down last year’s decline in sales of machinery caused by losses of agricultural enterprises due to adverse weather conditions, but also to significantly increase our sales volumes. Over the first six months of this year, the growth rate in unit terms made up 140 percent against the same period a year earlier. In physical terms, this is almost 2,300 units of BELARUS equipment,” Director of the Belarusian Tractor Trading House Pavel Bravin said.
The main criteria due to which Kazakhstani consumers prefer Belarus-made machinery are simplicity of design, maintainability, high-quality service, availability of a full range of spare parts, as well as an acceptable price.
