MP explained why West relies on terrorism and information sabotage in relation to Belarus
The West will not go into a direct military confrontation with Belarus and, consequently, with the Union State, but it will continue to actively try to shake up the situation in the country – as noted by Sergei Klishevich, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, while commenting on KGB Chief Ivan Tertel’s statement that Belarus’ enemies will continue to attempt destabilisation, as ‘sponsors are pressuring them, demanding actions and terrorist attacks’.
In particular, as the MP stressed in his talk with Alfa Radio, a threat is coming from Kiev. “They are planning and trying to implement it at some points. However, thanks to our special services and military, these attempts are stopped. Only the tip of the iceberg is covered by the media, but much more remains behind the scenes – especially with regard to the situations that occur on the border territories. There is a war of special services, it was unleashed by them, and it is being waged on Belarus’ territory. Clearly, it is not Zelenskyy who gives orders to train terrorist groups or deal with issues in the Belarusian direction. His statements are a screen to show that Ukraine is becoming more active in this direction. In reality, these issues are governed by foreign special services: of the United States and its residents. The Belarusian issue is now secondary for the American special services, so they give it to the Polish, Baltic special services to manage. The latter are recruiting fugitives on their territory, training them so that they try to commit illegal actions of various kinds on the Belarusian territory. In 2020, we disclosed Sharp's methodology, which they used in Cuba, Venezuela, and in Belarus. According to it, when a supposedly ‘peaceful’ change of power fails, they resort to force. The threat of direct military intervention and aggression has actually been minimised by us today, so they rely on terrorist activities, informational and ideological sabotage. To achieve their purpose, Ukrainians, Lithuanians and others will be used,” Mr. Klishevich said, adding that Belarus’ power bloc sees all this and is ready to respond in a timely manner.
