Moldova's opposition said the country could be dragged into war in coming months

Ilan Shor, the leader of the Moldovan opposition bloc Pobeda, said his country could be drawn into a war in the coming months, TASS reports

According to Mr. Shor, President Maia Sandu ‘is dragging the country into war without the will of her people’. The opposition leader noted that she, ‘together with Western intelligence services, plans to organise a provocation in Moldova so that a war begins in the country’.

Mr. Shor added that such actions ‘would face opposition’.
