Minsk Half Marathon celebrates sports and healthy lifestyle

Minsk hosted Minsk Half Marathon which got the Road Race Label from the World Athletics Association 

Although the coronavirus has affected the situation – since only about 10,000 runners have taken part in 2021 against 40,000 in previous years, the holiday of healthy lifestyle and sports was a great success.

Vladislav Tereshonok (among men) and Anna Yatsevich (among women) won the most popular 5.5km race, while Aleksandr Sanko and Olga Kaminskaya finished the 10.55km distance first. In turn, Vitaly Shafar from Ukraine and Nina Savina led in the most prestigious event of 21.1km.
