Ministry of Energy: 826 tonnes of Belarusian peat products shipped to China
A large batch of Belarusian peat products was shipped to China, Belarus’ Energy Ministry reports in its Telegram channel
“40 containers with peat and five – with nutrient peat soils with a total volume of 826 tonnes were shipped by Unitary Enterprise Vitebsktorf under a contract with the Chinese company LND Ceres Beijing Co. Ltd.,” the energy department informed.
The Ministry of Energy noted that this is another step to develop the export of peat products to the Chinese market.
In 2023, peat factories in Belarus supplied about 2,000 tonnes of peat products to China.
