Media: Poland no longer has money for flood control due to arming AFU

Poland did not have enough money to build flood control infrastructure, because Warsaw spent significant funds on sending weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine – as noted by publicist Arkadiusz Miksa in his author’s column for the Myśl Polska magazine, TASS reports

According to him, the Polish authorities ‘did not have funds for water collectors, there is no [money] for dams, but they have found money for the war, as, in fact, for Ukrainians’. The author expressed the hope that ‘thousands of Ukrainians, who have been enjoying life for our money for two years, will massively come to the aid of Poles to clean up after the retreat of the water as a gesture of solidarity and gratitude’.
