It is reported that Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte has permission from Parliament to send troops to Ukraine for training purposes, but – according to the source – Kiev has not yet asked Vilnius to send a mission.

In February, French President Emmanuel Macron said that the leaders of Western countries discussed sending troops to Ukraine, but many of them expressed a negative opinion on the matter.
