Media: Finland to sign agreement with Ukraine on long-term military support

Finland's President Alexander Stubb will sign an agreement with Ukraine on military support, TASS reports

According to the Iltalehti newspaper, this document will be signed in Kyiv during the visit of the leader of Finland to Ukraine. The date of the visit is not reported.

It is noted that Finland is going to commit itself to supply Ukraine with arms for many years and equip the Ukrainian navy, support Ukraine's membership in the North Atlantic Alliance without defining the term, and fulfil a number of other provisions.

After signing the agreement, Finnish companies will help Ukraine develop its defence industry.
