Lukashenko: we’ll do everything to ensure peace and tranquillity in Belarus
Everything will be done in Belarus to preserve peace and tranquillity – as noted by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko during today’s state awards ceremony at the Palace of Independence
The Head of State noted that some of those present today have been awarded more than once, but everyone has time to perform feats, “It’s preferable to do it in peacetime. We’ll do everything to ensure peace and tranquillity in Belarus.”
The President drew attention to the fact that among the awardees there are those people on whom our security directly depends, “I think with men like those present here, we will do everything to ensure that we live in peacetime. You deserve it. You’ve done a lot to build our country. We’ve gone through this difficult path together. I’m convinced that none of you believed, including me, that we would do this. But we did it. Therefore, we’ll do what we have to do, especially to bring new young people to power, to the leadership of the country, who will continue the work we have launched.”
