Lukashenko: we create sometimes not because of, but in spite of life circumstances
Belarusians sometimes create not because of, but in spite of life circumstances – as stated by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, at today’s capsule laying ceremony at the construction site of Grodno’s city clinical hospital
Addressing those present at the ceremony, the Head of State noted, “It is a special, solemn day. We are not just erecting a new building: we are entering into a dialogue with new generations of Belarusians, with those who will live after us. In general, everything that has been created, built and modernised by our hands over the years of independence is a message to the future. We want Belarusians to live, make families, study, work, and relax in beautiful, cozy and comfortable cities and villages. We are doing everything so that everyone has the opportunity to get, first of all, decent education. Sometimes we create not because of something, but in spite of life circumstances.”
The President characterised the mission and idea of today's event as caring for children, grandchildren and all those who will further our line and come after the present generation. Aleksandr Lukashenko said, “Of course, in some 50 or maybe 100 years, given the development of information technology, everything about you and me – and even more than we know about ourselves – will be known. Such possibilities already exist, but will this knowledge be the truth? Will Belarusians of the future see our true intentions in these arrays of information? That is why we are leaving a message here. It contains our sincere hopes, and all of them are dictated by the desire for peace and creation.”
