Lukashenko signed decree establishing Emergencies Ministry flag

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 377 on the establishment of the flag of the Emergencies Ministry – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service

The decree also approved the regulations on the flag of the Emergencies Ministry, its description and image.

The flag of Belarus’ Emergencies Ministry is a 100cm x 200cm red cloth. Along the upper and lower edges there are blue stripes bearing the inscriptions ‘PRAFESIYANALISM’ [translated from Belarusian as professionalism] on the upper strip, as well as ‘ADVAGA’ and ‘GONAR’ [translated from Belarusian as courage and honour] on the lower strip.

In the centre of the flag there is an image of the Emergencies Ministry emblem. The reverse side of the flag is identical to the front side.
