Lukashenko’s press secretary thanked everyone on his behalf for numerous congratulations addressed to Head of State

In her talk with the Belarus 1 TV channel, the press secretary of the President of Belarus, Natalya Eismont, said President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko had received numerous congratulations and wishes, and also thanked everyone on his behalf, sb.by reports

“This year, the Head of State has received an incredible amount of congratulations and wishes from completely different people — including famous persons, media representatives and ordinary Belarusians. They came through those who work together with him, through me personally and others. Many congratulations were sent by our compatriots and our neighbours, and many wishes also arrived from far-abroad countries," Ms. Eismont noted.

The press secretary clarified that written messages were sent to the President, and there were also phone calls. The Head of State received poems, postcards, photos and drawings, there were millions of congratulations and millions of warm words.

“We reported everything to the President,” Ms. Eismont added. “The President, of course, said that it is impossible not to respond, not to thank all those who congratulated. It is always necessary to be grateful. I would like to express gratitude on behalf of the President to all those who addressed kind words and warmest wishes to him. It's very, very pleasant.”
