Lukashenko presented with festive loaf and talisman belt at Dazhynki-2024 fair in Gomel Region
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has received a festive loaf from the region’s grain growers, as well as a talisman belt from the craftswomen during the Dazhynki-2024 festival-fair, held today in Korma, Gomel Region
Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Ivan Krupko warmly thanked the President for never separating his fate from the fate of the people who remained to live in the Chernobyl-affected territories, “Thanks to your wise decisions, our affected territories are developing steadily now. This is important on the example of Korma and the Korma District.”
Handing Aleksandr Lukashenko a talisman belt made by the Neglyubka [an agro-town in the Vetka District of the Gomel Region] weavers, the Governor stressed that they guard national wealth and traditions.
“This woven rushnik will protect you and help save our country: beloved Belarus,” Ivan Krupko assured.
