Lukashenko paying working visit to Grodno

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has arrived in Grodno today on a working trip

It is expected that the Head of State will visit the construction site of the city clinical hospital on Yanka Kupala Avenue and take part in the ceremony of laying a capsule there.

The regional centre urgently needs the social facility under construction, since the departments of City Clinical Hospital No. 2 are currently located in buildings that do not meet modern requirements. The new hospital is designed for more than 500 patients, and it will house therapeutic departments with endovascular surgery and diagnostic rooms.

The President will be informed on the socio-economic development of the Grodno Region in general. During his working trip, the Head of State will also focus on the development of Grodno's industrial potential.
