Lukashenko on Donbass children recuperation in Belarus: we invited them and will continue to do
Belarus has invited and will continue to invite children from Donbass for leisure and recuperation – as stated by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, at today’s meeting with foreign and Belarusian journalists
The Head of State noted that today it’s beneficial for the West to present Putin and Lukashenko to the world community as some kind of barbarians who ‘steal children and eat them’, “We don’t steal anyone. Entire orphanages came here, stayed in our rest homes, children’s camps, sanatoriums and went back. This refers to both children and adults... These are ordinary human relationships. We have invited them here and will continue to invite them if their parents or some orphanages address us with this request. Talking about this and saying that we are pursuing some kind of bad goal is simply barbarism, especially from the West. They have always been worried about children. So why are you reproaching me for calling these poor children here so that they can stay here without bombing, and some of them can recuperate and recover. We did this and will continue to do.”
According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, this topic is absurd and the West won’t line its pockets.
