Lukashenko, Khurelsukh signed agreement on friendly relations and co-operation between Belarus and Mongolia

Following the talks in Ulaanbaatar, the presidents of Belarus and Mongolia, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, signed an agreement on friendly relations and co-operation between the two countries

In total, on the third day of the Belarusian leader's state visit, the parties signed about a dozen and a half documents. In particular, in the presence of the presidents, foreign ministers of Belarus and Mongolia Sergei Aleinik and Batmunkh Battsetseg signed the 2024-2026 co-operation roadmap.

In addition, a roadmap for further development of co-operation in the field of agriculture for 2024-2026 and a roadmap for co-operation in the field of education between Belarus’ Education Ministry and the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia were signed.

The parties signed intergovernmental agreements on mutual recognition and exchange of driver's licenses and mutual recognition of educational documents.

Belarus’ National Academy of Sciences signed an agreement and a treaty on scientific and technical co-operation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia and the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia, respectively.

A memorandum of co-operation was signed between the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus and the Office of the National Security Council of Mongolia. Memoranda of understanding and co-operation were also signed in the field of emergency prevention and response, industrial property protection, justice, tourism and environmental protection.
