Lukashenko: I am getting increasingly convinced that Belarus needs to build another nuclear power plant

During his today’s visit to the Minsk City Technopark, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko said he is becoming increasingly convinced of the need to build a second nuclear power plant in the country, BelTA reports

The increasing demand for electricity both in the manufacturing sector and among citizens was noted: i.e. the fleet of electric vehicles is constantly growing.

"I am becoming increasingly convinced that we need to build a second nuclear power plant," the Head of State said in this regard.
