The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated ladies on a wonderful spring holiday: Women’s Day

“Each of you embodies the greatness of motherhood and the comfort of the family hearth, mercy and care, selfless devotion to your native land, and great moral strength in preserving our centuries-old traditions, on which we are building the future of Belarus together,” the congratulatory message reads.

“You know how to work hard, generously give your knowledge and experience to others, educate the younger generation, inspire for good deeds with your beauty and love, and help us, men, become better and stronger to be worthy defenders of the people and the Fatherland,” the President said.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished all ladies good health, happiness and peace. “Let the most intimate dreams come true, and the smiles of those whom you love, as well as bright spring flowers, fill your hearts with joy and hope,” he added.
