Lukashenko congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his 70th birthday

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his 70th birthday, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

"I know you as a steadfast and wise politician and a person who is completely devoted to serving the interests of his homeland," the congratulatory message reads. “You have made significant achievements in the state field, realised yourself in various industries. Your extraordinary professional activity, charisma and pragmatism are truly respected."

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that Recep Tayyip Erdogan has many more plans ahead that need to be implemented for the future of Turkiye. "I hope for an early meeting, which will certainly open a new page in relations between Minsk and Ankara," the Belarusian leader noted.

The President of Belarus wished Recep Tayyip Erdogan good health, optimism, success and bright ideas for the benefit of the friendly Turkish people.
