Lukashenko congratulated swimmer Shchalkanau on Paralympic gold

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Yahor Shchalkanau, a member of the national Paralympic sports team, on winning a gold medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

“By showing great sportsmanship and the will to win, you surpassed your success at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics. Only the most talented, motivated and hardworking people can achieve such a result,” the congratulatory message reads.

The President wished the athlete strong health, prosperity and new great victories.
