President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on his birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

“Our long-term friendship, based on boundless trust and deep respect, is of exceptional value to me," the Belarusian leader stressed. “Thanks to your wise and balanced policy, rich managerial experience and political foresight, the Republic of Tajikistan is successfully developing, strengthening its authority in the international arena. I am convinced that your selfless work for the benefit of the country will continue to contribute to improving the standard of living of its citizens, to maintaining peace and harmony in Central Asia."

The Head of State confirmed Belarus' readiness to continue working closely together to further expand the multifaceted and long-term strategic partnership between the two countries, based on the historical closeness of their peoples.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Emomali Rahmon good health, strength and energy for the implementation of all plans and endeavors, also wishing happiness and well-being to his family and friends.
