Lukashenko congratulated King Mswati III and all residents of Eswatini on Independence Day
On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated King Mswati III of Eswatini and all residents of this country on Independence Day, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
"This year we are pleased to note the establishment of diplomatic relations and the intensification of Belarus-Eswatini co-operation," the message of congratulations reads. “We demonstrated the economic potential of Belarus to Eswatini’s Prime Minister Russell Dlamini who visited our country in June this year, and we also proposed specific co-operation projects in the fields of agriculture, food security, industry, healthcare and education. The Belarusian side is ready to implement them in the shortest possible time."
The Head of State expressed confidence that the implementation of these initiatives on mutually beneficial partnership terms will lay a solid foundation for interstate relations, as well as help the Government of Eswatini in achieving the goals of socio-economic development of the country.
Aleksandr Lukashenko invited King Mswati III to pay an official visit to Belarus, during which it will be possible to discuss topical issues on the bilateral agenda and co-ordinate joint plans for the future.
The President of Belarus wished the King of Eswatini good health and fruitful political activity, also wishing peace and progress to the friendly people of the kingdom.
