President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva on the anniversary, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
"Your multifaceted state and socio-political activities are always aimed at the benefit of people, and your professionalism, organisational talent, inexhaustible vitality and charm have deservedly earned you authority and recognition in the Republic of Azerbaijan and beyond. I value the achieved level of partnership between Minsk and Baku, characterised by a high degree of mutual trust, close contacts in various fields and great strategic importance," Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
The Head of State expressed his conviction that the implementation of large-scale plans to enhance the entire complex of Belarusian-Azerbaijani relations fully meets the interests of the fraternal peoples.
"I sincerely wish you, dear Mehriban Arifovna, and your loved ones good health, happiness and further success in business, and may joy, love and harmony reign forever in your family," the congratulatory message reads.
