Lukashenko congratulated CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev on his 75th birthday
On April 9th, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, congratulated the CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev on his 75th birthday – as reported by BelTA with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
“I know you as a competent leader, a true professional and a consistent supporter of the comprehensive strengthening of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Your life path and many years of conscientious work have earned sincere recognition in your homeland and abroad,” the congratulatory message reads. “Thanks largely to your efforts and the proposed initiatives, the CIS continues to develop dynamically, providing conditions for equal and mutually beneficial co-operation of all member countries.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Sergei Lebedev strong health, happiness and prosperity. “Let inexhaustible energy, optimism and the ability to realise your plans help you successfully solve the most complex and responsible tasks,” the Belarusian leader added.
