Lukashenko congratulated Belarusian Aviation Academy staff, veterans and students on its 50th anniversary

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the staff, veterans and students of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy on the 50th anniversary of the institution, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

“Your glorious history began on October 1st, 1974, when the Minsk Aviation Technical School of Civil Aviation opened its doors, successfully training highly qualified professionals. After gaining independence, all the achievements and victories of the educational institution are inextricably linked with the formation of sovereign Belarus and the development of the national school in this area,” the congratulatory message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that today the unique teaching staff of the Aviation Academy is engaged in scientific research, introduces modern technologies, and opens new directions.

“I’m convinced that in the future you will set ambitious goals for yourself, preserve and multiply your accumulated experience, educate true patriots of Belarus, faithful to their chosen profession and responsible for the future of their country,” the President stressed.
