Lukashenko confirmed Belarus' interest in intensifying mutually beneficial relations with Namibia

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated the President of the Republic of Namibia, Hage Geingob, and the people of this country on the national holiday: Independence Day, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

“I am convinced that the expansion of the dialogue between our states on the principles of equality and mutual respect meets the interests of both countries," the congratulatory message reads.

The Head of State confirmed Belarus' interest in intensifying a whole range of mutually beneficial relations with Namibia and noted the country’s readiness to implement joint projects in the field of mechanical engineering, agriculture, education, science and healthcare, as well as to exchange experience and best practices to guarantee food security.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the President of Namibia excellent health and fruitful activity in his responsible state post, also wishing peace and prosperity to the people of Namibia.
