Belarusians are rushing after Gucci, Versace and other rubbish, but we should wear ours – as noted by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko at today’s solemn ceremony honouring agricultural workers during the Dazhynki-2024 regional festival-fair in Klimovichi, BelTA reports

“People are increasingly turning to natural fabrics, except Belarusians. Belarusians do not understand. They are rushing after Gucci, Versace and other rubbish but we should wear our own clothes, made from domestically-produced fabrics. We have everything. Wear our own and teach your children to do so,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed, speaking about the quality and naturalness of Belarusian products.
