Lukashenko: Belarus, Mexico have significant potential for building fruitful co-operation
On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, Belarus’ Head of State Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the President of the United Mexican States, Manuel Lopez Obrador, on Independence Day – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service
In his congratulatory message, the Belarusian leader confirmed Minsk's interest in the comprehensive development of relations with Mexico based on the principles of mutual respect and consideration of the two countries’ national interests.
"I am convinced that, despite the geographical distance, Belarus and Mexico have a significant potential for building fruitful co-operation in trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural sectors. The effective use of existing opportunities will certainly contribute to strengthening the economic security of both states," Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
