Lukashenko: Belarus, Kenya have great future together
Belarus and Kenya have a great future together – as stated in a guest book entry penned by Belarus’ President Aleksandr Lukashenko after the talks with his Kenyan counterpart William Ruto in Nairobi, BelTA reports
“Minsk is keen to seriously strengthen co-operation with Nairobi across a wide range of areas, primarily in trade and investments. I’m confident that our countries have a great future together. I wish the President of Kenya happiness and health, and the friendly Kenyan people prosperity and well-being,” the message reads.
At the end, Aleksandr Lukashenko also wrote a phrase in Belarusian which is translated as ‘Thank you very much and see you soon’.
At the end of the face-to-face meeting, the President of Kenya invited his Belarusian colleague to dinner.
