Lukashenko: Belarus interested in intensifying political, trade, economic, scientific and cultural co-operation with Mexico

On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated the President of the United Mexican States, Manuel Lopez Obrador, on Independence Day, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

"Belarus is interested in intensifying political, trade, economic, scientific and cultural co-operation with Mexico, expanding the legal framework of bilateral relations," the congratulatory message reads.

As stated by the President, both countries have strong production potential, developed industrial and agricultural sectors. He believes reliable co-operation between Minsk and Mexico with filling it with new content in accordance with the challenges of the time will bring significant benefits to the citizens of both countries.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Manuel Lopez Obrador good health and success, also wishing Mexican people happiness, peace and prosperity.
