Lukashenko approved plan for preparation of draft legislative acts for 2025
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 477 today to approve the plan for the preparation of draft legislative acts for 2025, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
The real need of society for the settlement of relevant relations and the priority of their legal regulation have become the main criteria for the plan formation. Special attention is paid to compliance with the requirements of consistency, integrity and stability of legal regulation.
In 2025, it is planned to prepare fundamentally new legislative acts (Code on Healthcare, Environmental Code, and law On Aquaculture), as well as those aimed at the systematic updating of the existing laws.
In addition, the work will cover draft laws and decrees based on the results of the legislative audit currently being conducted in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, in order to eliminate the excessive technical regulation, the overloading of legislation with regulatory legal requirements, and the reduction of the legal array as a whole.
The plan also provides for the preparation of a decree aimed at improving the regulations of Decree No. 551 On Measures to Improve Road Safety as of November 28th, 2005.
