Lukashenko approved amendments to Belarus-Turkiye intergovernmental agreement on mutual abolition of visas
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 376, approving – as a basis for negotiations – the draft protocol on amendments to the agreement between the governments of Belarus and Turkiye on mutual abolition of visas dated March 29th, 2013, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
According to the draft international agreement, drivers and crew members of vehicles — citizens of Belarus and Turkiye – performing international transportation of goods and passengers are exempt from visa requirements upon entry, exit, transit and temporary stay in the territory of the other party’s state for 90 days in any of the 180-day periods (currently up to 30 days, but no more than 90 days a year).
The Foreign Ministry has been authorised to conduct negotiations on the draft protocol and sign it.
