Lithuania to get American armoured ATVs in November
In November, Lithuania will receive a batch of 50 armoured all-terrain vehicles produced by US Oshkosh Defence, under a contract with the United States – as announced by the Deputy Minister of Lithuania’s National Defence, Vilius Semeska, TASS reports
It is informed that the Lithuanian authorities earlier concluded an agreement with the United States on the supply of armoured all-terrain vehicles in the amount of 149m Euros. In total, the American side will transfer 200 units to the Baltic country.
“Fifty out of 200 armoured ATVs ordered by us will be delivered to Lithuania in early November,” Mr. Semeska posted in a social network.
Lithuania already received fifty all-terrain vehicles in mid-August, and the US plans to complete deliveries in 2024.
