Kochanova named main formula for Belarus’ sustainable development: everything depends on each individual
Despite international instability and sanctions pressure from outside, Belarus continues to be socially responsible, and not a single social programme in the country has been curtailed – as stated by the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, during her today’s visit to Glubokoe Dairy-Canning Factory
Natalya Kochanova informed the company staff on the results of Single Voting Day held this year for the first time. She stressed that the role of local councils of deputies will grow enormously, which is why the attention to the 2024 elections is so close. The Speaker of the Upper House of the Belarusian Parliament also spoke in detail about the difficult international and geopolitical situation in the world as a whole, and directly at the borders of our country. With this in view, she named the main formula for stability and sustainable development of Belarus, “It all depends on us, on each of us.”
This refers not only to labour collectives of enterprises and organisations, but the central management bodies as well. Actually, the Council of the Republic attaches the utmost importance to the effective development of Belarus. “Our state belongs to the people, and our government is the people’s as well. Therefore, law-making is among the priorities in the activities of our parliamentarians,” Ms. Kochanova explained.

Before her meeting with the staff, Ms. Kochanova visited the canning workshop where condensed milk is packed, also getting acquainted with the work of a can-making line where a full cycle of tin can production is established.
