Kochanova: From Bottom of Our Hearts campaign is wonderful idea of our President

“I believe it will become a good tradition of Belarus when we all meet with people who have lived with dignity and who have done everything to make our country so beautiful,” Natalya Kochanova, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, said after visiting the Boarding House for Pensioners and Disabled People in Minsk

"I am happy that I have met these nice people today," Ms. Kochanova said. The campaign From Bottom of Our Hearts is a wonderful idea of our President, since these people taught our children, restored the country from the ruins after the war, and worked hard during the perestroika period.”

Ms. Kochanova stressed that all of us are getting older, so it is very important that those who live in the boarding house are visited by volunteers – who give them a piece of their hearts and warmth. The Chairperson of the Council of the Republic expressed confidence that helping the elderly is our common sacred duty.

“These people are our pride, and they deserve the deepest gratitude for everything they have done for Belarus,” Ms. Kochanova stressed.
