Kennedy office: US has been provoking Russia into hostile moves since 1990s
Kennedy’s office said that since the 1990s, the United States has been provoking Russia to take hostile steps. They played a big role in instigating the start of a special military operation, RIA Novosti was told in the office of the candidate for the post of US President, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
“He (Kennedy Jr.) deplores the Russian invasion while recognising that the US played a large role in instigating this invasion through a series of hostile provocations starting in the 1990s,” the agency said.
Russia will show a willingness to compromise and make peace when the US stops deliberately developing a conflict in Ukraine, the Kennedy office believes.
“Such a world will respect the sovereignty of Ukraine, as well as the interests of the Russian Federation in the field of security,” the American politician expressed such an opinion.
