Iranian diplomat: US using all its capabilities to create chaos and conflict in Middle East
The collective West, particularly the United States, is using all its capabilities to create chaos and conflict in the Middle East – as noted by the Deputy Foreign Minister – Head of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Mohammad Hassan Sheikholeslami, in his talk with ONT TV channel
Commenting on the US actions, the speaker noted, “The collective West, particularly the United States of America, is involved in these conflicts [in the Middle East]. This participation may be direct or indirect, but we feel it. We believe that the Americans do not want to see peace and stability in the East, using all their capabilities to create chaos and conflicts, to escalate the situation in this region,” said the Deputy Head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
He also outlined Iran’s position on settling the conflict in the Middle East.
“Our proposals to resolve this issue have already been voiced. A referendum must be held with the participation of all peoples living in this region, including Palestine and all refugees. We consider this to be a solution to the problem,” said Mohammad Hassan Sheikholeslami.
