Interior Minister: those wishing to commit a crime on Belarus’ territory will face instant response

Belarus’ Interior Minister Ivan Kubrakov said that any criminals, including the notorious Kalinovsky Regiment members, will receive an instant and radical response to an attempt to violate Belarusian laws, ONT TV channel reports

“At present, law enforcement and police officers, in particular servicemen of the special forces, assist our border guards in ensuring security if they see a tense situation around our borders with Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania – including in the border area. If we need help, we do not prepare any additional documents to each other,” Mr. Kubrakov said.

According to the Interior Minister, representatives of unfriendly countries are well aware that Belarusian law enforcement agencies are proactive in their work. “As soon as we receive information that someone is planning a crime on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, especially if it concerns causing any physical damage to our citizens, the response will be instant and radical,” he added.
