In H1 2024, Belarus led in EAEU agricultural production growth

Belarus became the engine of agricultural production growth in the Eurasian Economic Union in the first half of this year, sb.by reports with reference to the Eurasian Economic Commission

According to the EEC, an increase in agricultural production in January-June was observed in all EAEU countries. At the same time, it amounted to 10.2 percent in Belarus. In Armenia, the growth made 4.3 percent, in Kazakhstan — 3.4 percent, in Kyrgyzstan — 3.3 percent, and in Russia — 0.2 percent.

In H1 2024, the production of agricultural products as a whole in farms of all categories in the EAEU increased by 2 percent compared to January-June last year.
