In 2022, Br6.9bn to be spent to repay state debt

To pay off the state debt, Br6.9bn will be allocated from the budget this year, noted Belarus’ Deputy Finance Minister, Elena Pechen, while commenting on the Law On the National Budget for 2022, signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko

“Belarus will retain its reputation of a reliable borrower that fulfils all its obligations. Br6.9bn is envisaged for the repayment of the state debt and Br3.5bn will be sent for its servicing,” she said.

As far as budget revenues are concerned, the tax revenues of the national budget in 2022 will be value added tax, profit tax, excise taxes, as well as tax revenues from international economic activities.
