IAEA experts come to Belarusian NPP

IAEA experts visited the Belarusian nuclear power plant – as reported by the plant’s official website

As informed, the IAEA experts came to Belarus as part of a post-mission on Integrated Assessment of the Regulatory Infrastructure for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (FU IRRS). They were accompanied by employees of the Emergencies Ministry’s Department for Nuclear and Radiation Safety.

The experts got acquainted with facilities of the nuclear power plant, visited the control panel of its power unit No. 1, and also talked to interested parties at the Belarusian NPP.
