Hungarian PM: if EU policy continues, future of Europe will be destroyed
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban believes that the current policy of Brussels is fraught with the destruction of the European Union and the future of the whole of Europe, RIA Novosti reports
Speaking at an event in the Italian city of Pontida, Viktor Orban said that Brussels bureaucrats are destroying the European economy. Recalling that the EU was created for prosperity, the politician noted that it is becoming increasingly difficult for Europeans to support their families, and for European companies to stay afloat. “The leftists in Europe have ruined everything, and the bureaucrats in Brussels serve not the interests of ordinary Europeans, but their own. If this continues, it will bring about the collapse of the European Union,” the Hungarian PM shared his fears.
Viktor Orban underlined that Europe has become worse than a decade ago due to the increase in crime as a result of the influx of illegal immigrants. He added that the prospects of life in the EU in 10-20 years are alarming.
