Health Week launched in Belarus
Activists of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union have started the week cheerfully – joining the People's Exercise Internet challenge and sharing videos of their training with subscribers
It was also possible to participate in the challenge offline. More than eight dozen healthy lifestyle followers gathered at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture in Minsk. Among them were Maksim Nedasekau, a medallist of the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, and Aleksandr Lukyanov, the First Secretary of the BRSM Central Committee.
Many other activities are planned for April 4th-8th. A secretary of the BRSM Central Committee, Varvara Serova, commented, “An open dialogue – Life without Drugs – will be held on Tuesday, while sports relay races and competitions in yard games are scheduled for Wednesday. These will be held under the BRSM auspices. On April 7th, new sports halls will be launched as part of the PapaZal project. At the end of the week, live broadcasts on topics related to dietetics and nutrition psychology, healthy relationships are planned in the BRSM regional organisations’ Instagram official accounts.”
