Upon an initiative of the Ukrainian side, the Chief of the General Staff of Belarus’ Armed Forces, Major General Viktor Gulevich, has talked by phone with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Valery Zaluzhny – as reported by the Belarusian Defence Ministry’s Telegram channel
