FM: plans of the West towards Belarus remain unchanged, it needs anti-Russian policy

The West still wants the President of Belarus to conduct the policy it needs in the country – as stated by Belarus’ Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov in his talk with the Belarus 1 TV channel

The Foreign Minister emphasised that the West wants Belarus to conduct an anti-Russian policy. “This is a policy for the sake of the political processes that the West sees for itself in Belarus: that is, bringing to power the pseudo-democratic forces that are being fuelled in the West at present, the so-called economic liberalisation, the sale of state property, and so on. Their plans have not changed. I think there will be no change in this policy until the active phase of the conflict in the south, in which Russia and Ukraine are involved, ends,” Mr. Ryzhenkov said.
