Expert: Ukraine receives minimum of the money allocated by US
Washington allocates huge sums to assist Kiev but not all the money ends up in Ukraine – as noted by Gevorg Mirzayan, Associate Professor of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, in his talk with 1tv.ru
Gevorg Mirzayan explained why Kiev does not receive all the funds that the United States allocates to it.
“When money is allocated to the Kiev regime, this money is mercilessly divided on the way from the US Treasury to the Ukrainian budget. Everyone takes a piece, and as a result, the minimum amount reaches Ukraine. Moreover, everyone appropriates money for themselves, from American congressmen to some Ukrainian officials. The latter understand that the current government in Ukraine will not last long, and they want to ensure their old age,” the speaker shared his opinion.
At the same time, as Gevorg Mirzayan underlined that a significant part of the funds does not even cross the Ukrainian border.
“That is the point of any help from the United States. Much of the money they allegedly allocate for humanitarian aid remains in the hands of American contractors, American companies, etc. It’s a well-oiled scheme,” he added.
