Expert Tishchenko on bad week for collective West
The last ten days have been rich in political signs, and what last Sunday seemed like just the ‘crunch of a French loaf’ began to resemble the crunch of a Western spine by this Monday
The shameful departure of the French ambassador from Niger to his homeland was the first to strain the information situation. Macron was forced to formalise this as his recall, and at the same time stopped all French military presence there. By 2024, one and a half thousand legionnaires will have to leave the country that is the source of cheap uranium, without which France’s nuclear energy will begin to creak in the grip of shortages and inflation. Moreover, the unpleasant trend connected with uranium threatens to become more widespread for the West as a whole. Because after the uranium problems of the French company Orano in Niger, it is not difficult to guess that this vital market will become Russian-Chinese. The fact that Americans began to buy twice as much enriched uranium from Russia, and Rosatom – despite everything – remains outside the sanctions, leaves no doubt about this.
Over the past week, the crack and crunch was also apparent in the area of the ‘American Dream’.
In order to avoid a shutdown, the US authorities adopted a budget for 45 days without aid to Ukraine because it was the Ukrainian issue that became a stumbling block in the adoption of the budget. But as soon as it was removed from the agenda, the problems disappeared. Of course, Biden was the happiest, who – as always – eloquently tried to pass off his loss as his victory. “This bill ensures that active-duty troops will continue to get paid, travellers will be spared airport delays, millions of women and children will continue to have access to vital nutrition assistance, and so much more. This is good news for the American people,” he said. In fact, the American leader has spoken the truth that it is time to wind down the Kiev project. Other attempts to say that all thoughts continue to be only about Ukraine lose credibility against the backdrop of the electoral demands of ordinary Americans. Here the US President himself said that Americans would be better off without Ukraine. What to do? America is drowning in problems of migration, crime, natural disasters, and social collapse, and this is already extremely stressful for successful America.
If it’s already cracking in the USA, then the seams are sure to come apart in Europe. Thoughts about the strengthening of new trends were reinforced by the results of the parliamentary elections in Slovakia, where the Smer-SD party of ex-PM Robert Fico – who had previously opposed the continuation of military assistance to Kiev – won. This is a wake-up call for election races across Europe. Hungary will now clearly feel better and not so lonely. Europeans are tired of Ukraine and confrontation with the East. They will vote for those who will think about their people, rather than building myths. It is already obvious that the Ukrainian agenda is becoming toxic, and the policy of sanctions is losing its original meaning and does not stand up to any criticism.
Information toxicosis is taking place in Europe, and everyone is already starting to look for a way out. The politicking of the European ruling elites is becoming a problem for the survival of civilisation, though the season hasn’t started yet. These are just announcements for now. The Polish question is next in line.
