Expert: Belarus and Russia need to form common innovation space
Belarus and Russia need to form a common innovation space – as stated by Irina Novikova, who heads the Department of Management, Business Technology and Sustainable Development at the Belarusian State Technological University, on BelTA’s YouTube channel
“Co-operation needs to be established between Belarusian and Russian innovation clusters and associations. It is necessary to form a common innovation space or a common ecosystem in which innovations will be working. Breakthroughs can only be achieved if some new product or technology is created,” said the expert.
She suggested that preferential terms could be created to boost public private partnerships. “This should be the main direction. Moreover, China and other countries that have similar innovation clusters can be attracted,” underlined the economist.
